Secretary Mackinlay said the people of Mexico and China are hardworking, kind and hospitable. The cultures of the two countries have many similarities and are close to each other. Taking this event today as an opportunity and taking "culture and tourism" as a bridge, he hoped that the Mexican people can better understand the Chinese zodiac culture and celebrate Spring Festival with the Chinese people.

General Coordinator Alarcón expressed her gratitude for the team behind the scenes and the participation of the citizens. She hoped that the Year of the Rat will serve as a starting point for a new era. The exchanges between Mexico and China will be richer, the friendship deeper, and the relationship closer.

Undersecretary Díaz emphasized the themes of "joy", "sharing" and "harmony", "The competition gave me a feeling of returning to the old days, so I can enjoy pure happiness again as a child."
