Brand new website for Guangzhou's foreign affairs office launched

The English website of the foreign affairs office of the Guangzhou municipal government was officially launched on Jan 1, after months of design and preparation.

The website has been designed as an important platform for promoting Guangzhou's foreign-related activities and boosting international cooperation and communication in areas spanning economy and trade, technology, culture, and education.

The new version of the website emphasizes its role in providing more convenience to foreigners, as well as visitors from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan. 

With the help of the column named Expat services, users can easily find usable information covering areas such as visas, health care, policies and employment.

Columns like Bay Area Bond and Global Exchanges have been set up, while sub columns spanning ties with HK and Macao, Sister Cities, and Offshore Offices are also available on the website.

A special column showcasing Guangzhou's latest movements in business has been set up to help the world learn more about Guangzhou's achievements and efforts in business development.
