Something very Wong
Chef Vincent Wong from Singapore has designed a super large burger for Mercedes Me, which will be served through Dec 15. The five-layer, 25-centimeter-diameter burger serves seven people and is served with seven sides, including chicken wings, salad, chicken popcorn and potato wedges. The fillings of the burger include wagyu beef patties, curry pork sausage and pork neck.

A platter for consideration
Brotzeit Bier Bar& Restaurant's Brotzeit platter-with different flavors of sausage, crispy oven grilled pork knuckle and honey pork ribs-is the essence of Germany on a plate. There's also a special holiday season menu featuring oven roasted goose and goose consomme. Definitely something to be thankful for.

Season's eatings
To celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas, Beersmith released a whole roast turkey package which will be available through Dec 31. Each bird weighs in around 5 to 6 kilograms and is paired with both a double-cranberry and a giblet gravy sauce. Chefs are also preparing five side dishes, including traditional roasted potatoes, smashed sweet potato and braised red cabbage. Of course, tradition dictates that pumpkin pie provides a sweet finish for the repast.

Last chance to meat
It's the last chance to enjoy the Tiago Wagyu beef season, which ends this weekend, featuring a beef menu from appetizer and salad to pasta and risotto. Forest grilled wagyu salad is actually a warm salad which suits the cold winter in Beijing. Grilled beef tongue with avocado and peas pizza is also worth trying.

A cut above the rest
Morton's The Steakhouse Beijing has been hawking a new chef-inspired seasonal menu for the past month, featuring two premium Wagyu steaks. Wagyu New York Medallion is a magnificent cut, simply broiled and finished with Morton's signature jus, while the black truffle& porcini-crusted center-cut wagyu filet is an impossibly tender and lean cut, dusted with fungal deliciousness.
