Penalties for affecting aircrafts in aviation by using instruments and possibly impairing the navigation system

According to provisions of Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security, any person who steals, damages or moves without permission aviation facilities in use, or forcibly enters the control cabin of an aircraft, shall be imposed on a detention of not less than ten days but not more than fifteen days.
Any person who uses instruments or tools in an aircraft in use, which may impair the normal function of the navigation system, and does not listen to the persuasion of not doing so, shall be imposed on a detention of not less than five days or a fine of not more than 500 Yuan.
