Vice-premier, US trade officials have phone call

Vice-Premier Liu He had a phone call with US Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin on Thursday evening, the Ministry of Commerce said in a statement Friday.
Liu is also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chief of the Chinese side of the China-US comprehensive economic dialogue.
They exchanged views on implementing the consensus reached by the two heads of state in Osaka, as well as the next round of trade talks.
Minister of Commerce Zhong Shan attended the call.
