Highlights of Ivona Ladjevac's speech at Vision China

Ivona Ladjevac, head of the center for the Belt and Road Initiative at the Institute of International Politics and Economics in Serbia shared her perspectives on the BRI during a Vision China event in Beijing on Saturday.

"At its core, we can describe BRI as an open and inclusive platform for development. It is open for all countries of the world and all countries that are willing to participate in. There is neither exclusive invitation for a certain type of states nor limitation for others," said Ladjevac.

The sixth session of Vision China, themed "Belt and Road, Shared Future", kicks off at Beijing Language and Culture University in Beijing on April 27. Vision China is a series of talks organized by China Daily.

The event coincides with the Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation held in Beijing on April 25 - 27.
