CR Land seeks to build office AI system

CR Land, one of the major property developers in the country, is committed to building an office AI system, transforming itself from a pure office space provider to asset management and platform operator.
"We have created two new product lines, one focusing on high-end offices in city hubs and the other featuring flexibility and convenience," said Qi Shufang, general manager of CR Land office management in the northern China region.
This is the latest effort by the 80-year old company to seek transformation to be a "comprehensive urban investment and development operator", according to Qi.
For Anthony McQuade, chairman of real estate company Savills North China, location differences are no longer the primary factor for today's tenants.
"Building quality, refined services, employees' work experience and other factors will be decisive in the site selection process instead. Only those who can understand the needs of tenants and provide corresponding services can win and compete in an invincible position in the fierce competition," McQuade said.
Meanwhile, CR Land also launched six new projects in the northern China region, including a 140,000-square-meter CR Land Center in Daxing International Airport.
