Russia to counter 'destructive steps' in arms control

MOSCOW - The Russian Foreign Ministry said Friday Moscow will continue to resolutely counter "destructive steps" in arms control, disarmament and non-proliferation, after the United States announced it is leaving a landmark nuclear restriction pact with Russia.
