Overweight woman takes on prejudice in style
American woman Leah Stanley chose to show off her fashion style photos and encourage other women to bravely accept their bodies.
The 29-year-old comes from New York, and she has been a chubby girl since she was a child.
As she grew up, her weight continued to rise and her body expanded as well. Due to her super- size, she suffered a lot of negative comments.
Some people accused her of promoting an unhealthy lifestyle while others advised her to stop eating. Some people even asked her to commit suicide.
The criticism made Leah feel inferior. But fortunately, Leah was not defeated by insults.
Embracing the idea that positive attitude toward life is the most important thing, Stanley became a lingerie model, and now has over 92,000 followers of her own Instagram account.
