On June 30, a single form and one-stop service was introduced nationwide for the business filing and registration of foreign-invested enterprises.
It means that foreign-invested enterprises only need to log in to a single window on the websites of commerce and market regulation authorities and fill out a single form to complete business filing and registration.
The whole process is conducted online and free of charge.
This will significantly speed up business procedures related to foreign-invested enterprises.
