Xi's advice to youngsters and youth league members

Cadres of the Communist Youth League of China must fortify their belief and ideal. They should have the loftiest ideals. If they want to lead the young people to be firm in beliefs and ideals, they themselves have to believe in those ideals. It takes a good blacksmith to make steel.
