Senior executive of state firm under investigation

BEIJING - Sun Bo, general manager of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, was investigated for "suspected serious violation of Party disciplinary rules and law", according to the top anti-graft agency Saturday.

Sun, also deputy chief of the company's leading Party members' group, is under investigation by the Communist Party of China Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) and National Supervisory Commission, said the CCDI statement.
