Z.S.Y.H. Co Ltd, a leading real estate service provider, will join hands with Sino-Ocean Real Estate to promote its private butler service model, according to the company's top management.

Designed to liberate customers from their daily affairs in business and private life, the model will save homeowners time and energy and improve their lives, said Shi Wei, founder of the company.

In the past few years, China has seen increasing demand for private butler services, according to Thomas Kaufmann, dean of the International Butler Academy of China. According to the 2017 Hurun report, the amount of families across China whose assets exceed $6 million has reached 4.6 million by the end of last year, and the number will grow in the coming years. Meanwhile, property developers also want to provide more value for money amid a market slowdown.

"By cultivating butler talents and equipping them with practical skills, we will be able to incorporate a refined butler service into homeowners' daily lives, thus maximizing the value of service," Shi said.

The shared butler-renting mode will provide services including chaperoning, catering reservations, banquet dress design, supply procurement and business trip assistance. The service will be used by homeowners, businesspeople and people in need of high-end butler service.

Relying on the community resources provided by real estate developers and integrating advantageous brands, the service model will provide customers with more cost-effective services, Shi said.
