Chai Guohan, chief engineer of the Ministry of Environmental Protection's nuclear and radiation safety center, saying that the proposed nuclear security law will ensure higher security standards for nuclear plants in China.

Massimo Perotti, president of Italian yacht brand Sanlorenzo, saying that temporary headwinds are stalling the progress of the yachting industry in China. Perotti says that the weakening macroeconomy and the government's austerity measures have dampened the growing passion for yachting.

"Improvements must be made in existing policies, supervision and regulation as they cannot cope with new things such as Internet finance and guide its healthy development."

Zhou Xiaochuan, governor of the People's Bank of China, the central bank, saying that the government has no plans to curb Internet finance. Zhou says that focus would be more on improving the regulations for the sector. China's State Council has approved the formation of an Internet finance association to promote self-regulation of the online financial industry.
