Abortion access fight

Supporters celebrate on Monday morning out the US Supreme Court in Washington after the court struck down key provisions of Texas' regulation of abortion clinics. It is regarded the court's biggest abortion case in more than 20 years. The justices voted 5-3 in favor of Texas clinics that argued the regulations have made it hard for women to have abortions in the state. The 2013 law in Texas and subsequent regulations demanded doctors who perform abortions to have admitting privileges at nearby hospitals and forced clinics to meet hospital-like standards for outpatient surgery.
