Taliban downplay Obama's withdrawal decision

KABUL -- Taliban militants fighting Afghan and NATO-led troops in Afghanistan on Thursday downplayed the announcement of U.S. President Barack Obama as a trick to deceive public opinion and called for the complete pullout of foreign forces, a Taliban statement said.
