Hamas says not to recognize Israel as a state

MOSCOW - Hamas will not recognize Israel as a state, its representative on Tuesday said in Moscow, according to Interfax news agency.

The representative also slashed at Palestinian Liberation Organization's recognition of Israel, saying it was a historical mistake, the reports said.
