Thai PM to submit royal decree for House dissolution Friday

BANGKOK - Thai Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva said on Friday that before leaving to attend Asean Summit in Jakarta, Indonesia, he would submit a royal decree to His Majesty the King to request for House dissolution to pave the way for a snap election within 45-60 days.
