ROME -- British Foreign Secretary William Hague on Thursday called for an increased TEMPO of Military Action in Libya, denying a timescale set for Libya mission.

This action should not include arming rebels, he said.

Hague also released that the second contact group meeting, which was just closed, had found ways to prevent Gaddafi regime from exporting oil, importing refined products.

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said earlier on Thursday that foreign ministers gather here will discuss how to better increase pressure on Libyan regime politically, diplomatically and economically.

Foreign ministers and representatives of international organizations gathered here to seek a political solution to the crisis in Libya, three weeks after the first meeting was held in Doha on April 13.
