JERUSALEM - An Israeli was killed and two others wounded in a shooting attack near the West Bank city of Nablus on Sunday, the Israeli army said.

Gunmen opened fire on a group of Jewish worshippers at the shrine of Joseph's Tomb, an Israeli army spokesman said.

The Israelis entered the West Bank without authorization, he added.
