TUNIS - Libyan Foreign Minister Moussa Koussa has arrived here for a "private visit" Monday night, a Tunisian diplomat said.

The visit came after NATO took over command from the US-led military operation in Libya and began enforcing a no-fly zone over the North African country.
Meanwhile, the National Front to Resist the Aggression on Libya, established on March 23, released a statement Monday night restating its opposition against any external intervention in Libya's internal affairs.
Libya is going through a "very difficult time," the statement said, and it has to "make great effort" to weather the crisis. The statement called on Libyans to fight by themselves to end foreign aggressions, and to initiate "serious national dialogue" to help the country overcome the crisis.
The statement also stressed that relevant parties in Libya should "immediately establish a national dialogue mechanism" to end bloody clashes, protect territorial integrity and determine the country's future.
