Two Chinese vicitms in NZ quake identified

WELLINGTON - New Zealand police on Thursday released the names of six more victims of the Christchurch earthquake, including two Chinese.

The two Chinese victims are 22-year-old Huiyun Tu and 28-year-old Sisi Xin.

The other four viticms are 60-year-old Tetaki Tairakena from Christchurch, 26-year-old Jewel Jose Fransico from the Phillipines, 40-year-old John Joseph O'Connor from Ireland and 40-year-old Jittra Waithayatadapong from Thailand.

The two identified Chinese are among 24 missing Chinese citizens in the magnitude 6.3 earthquake which struck South Island city of Christchurch on Feb 22. The official quake death toll stood at 166.
