Two Koreas end military talks without progress

SEOUL - Republic of Korea (ROK) and the Democratic People 's Republic of Korea (DPRK) failed to narrow their differences at preliminary military talks held for the second day on Wednesday, Yonhap News Agency reported.

The defense ministry has yet to officially confirm the end of the colonel-level talks aimed at discussing holding high-level military talks.
