Indonesia's largest automotive company gets loans

JAKARTA - PT Astra International, Indonesia's largest automotive company, got loans of $200 million from a banking syndication, consisting of 22 local and international banks, Kompas.com online news reported on Thursday.

It reported that based on the Indonesian Capital Market's statement, the company has officially signed the Revolving Facilities Agreement (RFA) on Nov 29 in Singapore.

Astra will use the loans for "the company general funding".  

Banks granting the loans are Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd, DBS Bank Ltd, Singapore branch-BNP Paribas and PT Bank Rabobank International Indonesia, among others.
