American Airlines passenger Jane Pepin (R) of Yorkshire, Britain, gets directions from ticketing agent Kathy Lowenstien, as she tries to get to Denver after a canceled flight, at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport April 10, 2008. Pepin flew from Manchester to Chicago yesterday only to find that her flight from Chicago to Denver was canceled. The Airline put her up in a hotel and booked her on a flight from Chicago to Omaha, Nebraska to Denver.
