Five-year-old Russian boy Nikita Konkin had never expected his nationwide fame after kissed by President Putin on his stomach near Kremlin June 28, 2006.

As Russian people are engaged in hot debate about the kiss in on-line chat rooms, the little boy was found to never wash his stomach again in order to keep the print of the president's kiss. Also, he had another big decision - to be a president.

President Putin was walking through the Kremlin courtyard when he stopped to talk with a group of tourists. He crouched down in front of a little boy appearing 5 or 6 and exchanged a few words with him before lifting his shirt and pressing a kiss on his bare stomach.

People are wondering the reason to the kiss and Nikita Konkin's answer is "the president loves me very much and I love him. And I want to be president, too".

The child did not recognize that it was the president. He just reported to his family that an adult played with him for a while and then kissed his stomach near Kremlin.

Nikita's grandmother said that his grandson began to act like an adult sometimes without much talking when he knew the "adult" was the president. The boy refused to take bath unless the weather was too hot. He used a towel to protect his stomach from water in order to keep the precious kiss.

Now the boy has a photo of the president on the wall in his room, dreaming of being a man like that.
