Microsoft's Chairman and Chief Software Architect Bill Gates (R) receives a

Seventy-six teams will travel to the worldwide finals in India in August with a
chance to win up to $25,000 in prizes. PocketDoc is a mobile device application
created by the four-member Virginia Commonwealth University team that actively
links doctors and patients to ensure that patients are adhering to their
