The National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference are the country's two most important political meetings in China.

How much do foreigners know about the annual events known as the "two sessions" or, in Chinese, "Liang Hui"? If foreigners were able to submit proposals, what policy changes would they like to see?

China Daily reporter Huan Cao spoke to several foreigners living in China to find out the answer to these questions.
