The Phoenix Photography Festival
Nestled on the Hunan-Guizhou border, Fenghuang is a small but beautiful city. In December, it hosted the biennial Phoenix Photography Festival, with 160 exhibitions showing over 300 photographers and 6,000 photographs. |
