2000: Established Genbao Football Base on Chongming Island, Shanghai

2002: Vowed to quit from the professinal league and develop youth players in Chongming after ending a 10-round tenure with Shanghai Shenhua.

2005: Established Shanghai East Asia Football Club, and led the team to participate in the China third-tier league in 2006.

2007: Won third division championship and promotion to the second league.

2009: Won Chinese National Games championship

2012: Won second division titles and promotion to the Chinese Super League
