Basic information:
SlamBall is a fast-moving, high-flying blend of the skills of basketball, the physical play of hockey and the acrobatics of trampolining. With four trampolines set into the court floor at either end of the court be prepared for some huge leaps and astounding slam dunks. The court is also surrounded by an eight-foot high plexi-glass wall, similar to those used in ice hockey, that keeps the game flowing.
Teams:
Each team has as squad of eight players. During a game only four players from a team may be on court.
Bounce off:
Both halves of the game start with a bounce-off. No player may make contact with the ball from when it is bounced until it has reached the top of its bounce (when it's about to start dropping to the floor again). At this point the players may check each other, and all players are allowed to make contact. During the bounce-off all players must be at center court.
