Guangzhou-Vancouver: China Southern Airlines will increase flights on the Guangzhou-Vancouver route from three times to five times a week. The new flight schedule will begin on June 23, with flights leaving every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from Guangzhou to Vancouver, and back on the next day. Beijing-London: To provide more passengers with more convenient international flight options that lead them to the London Olympic Games, Air China is to open direct flights from Beijing to London (Gatwick) on May 1.

A round-trip flight from Beijing takes off every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Special gifts will be offered for the first group of passengers on board. More information at www.airchina.com.cn.

Beijing-Bangkok: Hainan Airlines will launch a direct route linking Beijing and Bangkok, the capital city of Thailand, on July 13. The flight will leave every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, while the return flight will take off every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

This is Hainan Airlines' fifth international service heading to Thailand, after its Hangzhou-Bangkok, Haikou-Nanning-Bangkok, Beijing-Phuket, and Hangzhou-Phuket services. More information on www.hnair.com.
