Other highlights during the CTR tournament include the truck parade, truck stunts, as well as the spectacular CTR opening ceremony.

Sponsored by Foton, China’s largest commercial vehicle producer, the CTR competition is now in its sixth year with more than 20 cities across the country hosting the motor racing event in past five years.

Weihai is the fifth and last stop after four successful tournaments in Xiamen, Hohhot, Yinchuan and Shenyang this year, and it is also the first time CTR has held its tournament in the wintertime in its six-year history.
