RIO DE JANEIRO -- The 13-year-old soccer player Victor claimed on Wednesday he was receiving multiple offers from soccer teams in Europe for the training process.

The Brazilian youngster is part of the Santos club program. He has already received offers from the European clubs of Lisbon and Benfica, both from Portugal.

Victor is the focus of attention by many clubs. Santos has already been offered more than $250,000 to take him from Santos.

Victor's dream is to play for Inter Milan in Serie A. However, the Santos soccer club's administration claim that they have no desire to enter into negotiations with European clubs until the athlete turns 16 years old.

16 is the age limit for signing a contract with a professional athlete. European team wants to obtain the rights of the player, they will have to pay an excessive fine to the Santos organization.

Victor's current contract with Santos does not allow the player to wear any other team uniform during promotional events or even to practice in.
