Rays advance to ALCS with victory over White Sox

CHICAGO - The Tampa Bay Rays defeated the Chicago White Sox 6-2 in Game Four of the American League Divisional Series on Monday, advancing to the AL Championship Series with a 3-1 series win.

Rays outfielder B.J. Upton blasted two solo home runs and first baseman Carlos Pena knocked in two runs to propel the Rays to their first ever postseason series win.

They will face either the Los Angeles Angels or the Boston Red Sox for the right to advance to the World Series.
