Organisers vow to track down soccer bottle throwers(Reuters)Updated: 2006-12-04 10:59 DOHA, Dec 3 - The Asian Games security task force is to try and track down supporters responsible for unruly behaviour during Qatar's 1-0 defeat to Uzbekistan in the soccer tournament. "During last night's football match at Al Sadd football club, there was some unfortunate crowd behaviour where some of the crowd threw plastic bottles," Games spokesman Ahmed Abdulla Al Khulaifi told a news conference on Sunday. "This is strange for Qatar and this is not what we're used to. We condemn these acts and ask everybody to show the hospitality of Qatar to all athletes, guests and media. "The Game's security task force started an investigation yesterday to know who these people are." Khulaifa said there would be no increase in the level of policing at the soccer tournament but the ban on bringing foodstuffs into venues would be rigidly enforced.
