DOHA, December 2 -- Chinese powerlifter Wang Mingjuan, 21, claimed the women's 48kg title at the Doha Asian Games on Saturday, clearing a total of 206kg, 90kg in snatch and 116kg in clean and jerk.

Pensiri Laosirikul from Thailand, 20, clinched the sliver with a total of 192kg (85kg in snatch and 107kg in clean and jerk).

Laosirikul's compatriot Thongyim Bunphithak, also 20, got the bronze with 191kg (82kg in snatch and 109kg in clean and jerk).
