Korea have not had much to smile about in the 2006 World Championships, as injuries and stronger opposition put paid to their qualification challenge.

But captain Kim Sa-Nee and her teammates certainly enjoyed their final match against Turkey.

The Koreans put on an awesome display as they crushed the Turks 25-14, 25-13, 25-22, never letting the smiles drop from their faces along the way.

The win was not enough to save Korea from missing out on the final stages in Osaka, but Kim and her teammates enjoyed it nonetheless.

"This match was really tough," she said.

"But there was no point in trying to put on scary faces.

"We just had fun because we didn't have anything to lose. The head coach told us to go out there and enjoy ourselves."
