Allen Iverson dominated offensively in the 76ers' 85-71 rout of Euroleague champions CSKA Moscow on Wednesday, assuring there would be no repeat of Philadelphia's crushing loss to Barcelona last week. Iverson poured in 28 points and added 9 assist to lead the Sixers to victory in Cologne, Germany.

Philadelphia took a 20-14 lead in the first quarter of a defensive affair, which saw CSKA shoot a woeful 35 percent from the field and the Sixers a not-much-better 38 percent.

After CSKA took a 24-23 lead with eight minutes left before half-time, the 76ers completely dominated the rest of the half thanks to an imposing 24-6 run.

Philly maintained a double-digit lead for the rest of the game, scoring both inside and outside behind the strength of strong performances by Iverson, Samuel Dalembert, and Chris Webber.

Dalembert dominated the boards with 18 rebounds, also adding 5 blocks and 15 points down low.

CSKA had a strong run in the preseason tournament, despite losing in the final game of NBA Europe Live tour to Philly.

Impressive victories over the Los Angeles Clippers and Euroleague rivals Maccabi Tel Aviv helped CSKA to a 2-1 record in their week of exhibition matches.
