The Chinese men's football team defeat Palestine 2-0 in the 5th round Asian
Cup qualifying match at the Jordanian King Abdullah Stadium in Amman, Jordan, on
Wednesday, getting a place in next year's Asian Cup finals.
China took the lead in the 25th minute when Mao Jianqing prodding the ball
past Palestinian goalkeeper. In the 65th minute, Sun Xiang doubled the lead.
China join Iraq, who have already qualified, at the top of Group E on 10
points.
