SINGAPORE - Spain guard Juan Navarro admits winning the FIBA World Championship would give him "the ultimate satisfaction".

The Barcelona guard will be a key man for the Spanish in Japan but he insists the focus should be on the team and not the squad¡¯s collection of prized individuals.

"We have been doing a great job until now," said Navarro, whose side have claimed nine successive victories in their warm-up matches.

"We still have things to work on during the last five or six days before World Championship so we will try to fix things and get better.

"For a player, to win is always important but winning the World Championship would bring the ultimate satisfaction.

"Right now, I'm feeling good about the way I'm playing but I don't care about that if the team doesn't win.

"I prefer that I not play so well as long as my team wins."
