Brazil's national football team technical staff criticized on Tuesday the conditions of the football field in Offenbach, where Brazil is supposed to hold an open practice on June 8.

According to FIFA's regulation, each team playing in the World Cup must allow fans to freely attend at least one practice in the region where the team is based. The technical staff inspected on Tuesday the Offenbach stadiums pitch and realized that it is in very poor conditions, which would jeopardize the practice and endanger the players.

Stadium administrators declared the field is receiving a new layer of grass and will be ready for the practice on Thursday. In case the field is not ready, the technical staff says the open practice will be postponed or transferred to the sports facility in Konigstein where the team currently practices. The major obstacle for the transfer is that FIFA has already distributed about 15,000 tickets for the practice in Offenbach.

The Brazilian national football team held its first practice in the Altkoniblick Sports Facility, in Konigstein, Germany on Tuesday. In the morning, the players exercised and participated in a tactical practice. During the afternoon, the players took part on a defense-versus-attack practice.

After the practice, Brazilian midfielder Ronaldinho distributed copies of the first edition of comic book Ronaldinho Gaucho e a Turma da Monica (Ronaldinho and Monicas Club).

Created by Brazilian designer Mauricio de Souza, the comic book features the Brazilian player as a character, along with other famous characters created by Souza.
