Zhongshan Vantage Gas Appliance Stock Co. Ltd. has become the gas appliance exclusive supplier of the 2008 Olympic Games after it inked a deal with the Beijing Olympics Organizing Committee (BOCOG) on Friday.
Zhongshan Vantage, which is based in south China's Guangdong province, will provide funds and products to the 2008 Games, BOCOG, the Chinese Olympic Committee (COC) and the Chinese sports delegation to the 2008 Olympic Games.
The Supplier Program is the third tier of the Beijing 2008 Sponsorship Program. The suppliership includes exclusive suppliers and suppliers. The former enjoys exclusive Olympic marketing rights within their designated product (service) category. Two or more suppliers in the same or similar product (service) category can enjoy co-exclusive Olympic marketing rights.
Since BOCOG launched the Olympic marketing program, 11 partners, nine sponsors and three exclusive suppliers have been signed up.
