Russia's figure skater Viktoria Volchkova

Viktoria Volchkova was born in St. Petersburg on July 30, 1982. She
was champion of the Cup of Russia in 2002 and the bronze medalist of the
Grand Prix Final in 2003. But in recent years, she was overshadowed by Russia's
newcomers.
