CD: Do you feel it hard to star in such kind of a role?

Yang: It was quite hard for me at the very beginning because I never tried this before in my previous work. It is demanding as it all depends on your own imagination. But I feel lucky that I can try such a special role which others may want to try but could never have a chance.

CD: It is not the first time that you have worked with Shawn Yue. Is there any difference this time from working with him in Tomorrow?

Yang: When Shawn Yue and I first worked together 8 years ago, we were still very new in entertainment circles. And this time, we both have an “ambition” that people can see improving during the past eight years. I believe we have become more experienced in acting and could give each other more in this movie. So in this way, it is a very good thing for us to work together again.

CD: After Child’s Eye, what’s your next project?

Yang: I will take another TV drama in August which will be filmed in Taiwan after finishing the movie. And then I will move on to plan my fifth album.

CD: Can you talk about the TV drama?

Yang: I can talk about this a little. I will work with a very popular and famous actor in Taiwan but just can’t let out his name now. You will also see a different me in this upcoming TV drama and I’m confident that the pair will make people happy. For the drama itself, it emphasizes on voice expression-not singing but speaking.

CD: Which do you enjoy doing more? Drama or movie?

Yang: It’s hard to choose now. I’m still very new to movies for which it’s only my third time. I’m not so sure whether I could handle it well or not. But I still hope my company could arrange a flexible schedule which would allow me, like, to take half a year to work on movies and the other half on dramas. But you know, you really need luck to have a good script to act for.

CD: You are a singer and an actress. Is it difficult to balance?

Yang: It’s lucky that I’m such a type of person who is able to multitask. So it’s not that difficult for me to balance between being a singer and an actress. I always enjoy shifting between different roles, which is totally different experience from my simple private life. To meet with different people and do different things everyday just makes me feel happy.

CD: Do you have any plan for a concert since it was many years ago when you did your first concert?

Yang: It’s always on my mind but I’m not sure of the exact time. So there is no immediate plan yet, but I look forward to that very much. Doing a concert needs cooperation from all parties and thorough plCDing.
