Two Lis in two court cases follow a crash and a birthday bash

"Kill the chicken to scare the monkey" is a time-honored method of dealing with high-profile drug users. Li Li, the wife of singer Man Wenjun (pictured), is facing the full force of the law after being accused of "providing the place for people to take drugs" at her birthday party in May and faces three years in prison, according to the website Vodone. Her hubby, who tested positive for Ecstasy and Ketamine, was detained and released a few weeks ago. The Olympic torchbearer then did a tearful "Say No" to drugs broadcast and said he hoped to get his career back on track.

The divine Faye Wong is experiencing domestic strife, as husband Li Yapeng (pictured) is dragged through the courts after a deadly car crash in April. Li attended a public hearing over the weekend to sort out who was driving when an Audi TT crashed into a minibus in Hengdian, causing it to hit and kill a pedestrian.

Li's brother, Li Yawei, initially claimed he was the driver but the victim's relatives said video footage of the incident showed it was Li Yapeng behind the wheel. The victim's wife has gathered testimony from witnesses backing up her story.

One of Edison Chen's old flames was caught out this week on a Hong Kong beach exposing her vital assets to the world. Gloria Wong is probably the only woman on the planet who still boasts of having had a relationship with Chen, possibly because she didn't get caught up in the photos scandal - and needs the publicity. The wannabe actress' star has waned over the past five years and she is shown on the website 67.com video heading to the beach, undressing and playing in the water. She then experiences a "wardrobe malfunction" after her bikini top rolls up to reveal what are termed her "southern hemispheres".

Another model tangentially cashing in on Chen's notoriety is Gong Mi (pictured), the winner of Happy Girls singing contest who looks "99 percent similar" to Cecilia Cheung, according to qq.com. Cheung, the wife of Hong Kong actor Nicholas Tse, has so far been unable to resurrect her career on the mainland after jpgs of her extra-marital shenanigans with Chen were exposed to the world. Gong has not only taken Cheung's entertainment territory, she's also taking aim at her husband.

"Nicholas Tse is so nice even I want to marry him," qq.com quoted her saying. The 18-year-old was less straightforward when asked if she had gone under the knife to look like Cheung: "Definitely not. In China it's illegal to have plastic surgery before the age of 18, but after that it's hard to say."
