"Pam: Girl on the Loose," Pamela Anderson's new reality show on E! Entertainment, got off to a worse start than the cable channel's recent outings with Denise Richards and the Lohan family.

The former Playmate's show averaged 1.1 million total viewers at 10 p.m. on Sunday, according to Nielsen Media Research. It was off 27% from "Denise Richards: It's Complicated" and "Living Lohan," each of which debuted May 26 with 1.5 million viewers.

"Sunset Tan," which had its Season 2 bow after "Pam" at 10:30 p.m. Sunday, built on "Pam's" performance by 200,000 viewers with an average of 1.3 million. That's also a significant improvement over "Tan's" May 2007 series premiere, which pulled in 795,000 viewers.
