Supermodel Kate Moss bared her breasts in a black-and-white polka-dotted sheer dress while attending an Istanbul art exhibit earlier last week with her rocker boyfriend and her 5-year-old daughter.

The supermodel, 34, wore a thong under the see-through dress, and clearly chose not to wear a bra.

Moss held hands with her daughter Lila Grace, who wore a white, modest, age-appropriate frock, the same can't be said for her mom.

Photos of Moss snorting cocaine at a recording session with then-boyfriend Pete Doherty were published in 2005, after which she went to rehab.
