Johnny Depp covers Esquire magazine [Agencies]

Johnny Depp has big goals for his future: a normal life.

"I don't want to be a product," he tells January's Esquire. "I want to be totally outside and far away from all of it."

Could it happen?

"I'm sure it will be a possibility someday again. Maybe when I get old. They get tired of you," the 44-year-old Sweeney Todd star says.

Depp credits director Tim Burton – the pair have worked together on six films including Sweeney Todd - with his success: "My life is my life because of Tim. Definitely."

The actor received rave reviews for Sweeney Todd and recently talked of his low-key holiday plans.
