Maggie Grace "Taken" in by French thriller

Former "Lost" actress Maggie Grace will star opposite Liam Neeson in the thriller "Taken."

Grace will play the estranged daughter of Neeson's character who is kidnapped and forced into the slave trade. Neeson's character is a former spy who uses his skills to rescue her.

Shooting begins this month in Paris. Pierre Morel will direct.

Grace, who starred on "Lost" from 2004-05, next appears in "The Jane Austen Book Club," scheduled for release this year via Sony Pictures Classics, and the indie "Suburban Girl," based on the best-seller "The Girls' Guide to Hunting and Fishing."
